•  Founder and Managing Partner of Climate Concern and a climate Finance Expert with than a decade and half of experience in climate change projects design and implimentation.
• He supported theestablishment of Rwanda Carbon Market Secretariat under Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA)
• He designed the Rwanda National Programme and country framework for national engagement with the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Development of Standardised Crediting Framework piloted by Ci-Dev for the implimentation of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement in Rwanda.
• He supported the design and implimentation of several carbon projects Hydropower, Clean cooking and Solar lighting that reduced significantly GHG emissions in Rwanda.
• He supported capacity building of different relevant stakeholders in carbon finance including representatives of public and private sectors.
